All travellers must possess a valid passport, with a minimum validity of six (6) months from the departure date (nine months in some countries). It is your responsibility to meet all necessary documentation and entry/exit requirements for the visited countries. Roamer Club is not liable for incorrect documentation or visa refusals.

Should you have special requirements, please inform us in writing at booking. While we'll make every effort to meet them, we cannot guarantee fulfillment by our suppliers. Roamer Club bears no responsibility for unmet special requirements.

Every tour necessitates a minimum number of passengers to proceed. Failure to meet these minimums may lead to tour cancellations on short notice. Other factors, like weather conditions, civil disturbances, or natural disasters, may also result in cancellations.

Roamer Club is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses or inconveniences resulting from situations beyond our control, including disappointments, injuries, illnesses, delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Our package prices are based on known exchange rates at publication, expected to hold at the time of final payment. Costs are per person, double occupancy. Single room supplements are available at an additional cost. Tour prices are subject to change based on airfare and exchange rate fluctuations or new taxes imposed by suppliers/airlines.

As part of a group, please maintain respectful and non-disruptive behavior. Roamer Club reserves the right to accept or reject any participant and remove anyone whose conduct adversely affects the group. In such cases, we won't refund or cover any expenses incurred due to your behavior.

Transferring between tours is treated as cancellation from one and booking on another, thus incurring cancellation charges.

Please strictly follow the tour itinerary as per the brochure or amendments by the tour manager or local representatives/guide. No refunds will be provided for unused services.

Read and understand the itinerary, cost, payment schedule, and Roamer Club' terms and conditions before signing the Guest Registration Form or making payments.

Meals are pre-booked and pre-set as indicated in the Registration Form. We cannot accommodate special meal requests, and no refund will be provided if a meal is not taken.

Most hotels offer safe deposit lockers; use them. Safeguard your passport, tickets, foreign exchange, and baggage. Costs and issues resulting from loss are your responsibility. Roamer Club is not liable for such losses.

All claims and disputes pertaining to Roamer Club Pvt. Ltd. tours are subject to Indian law and fall under the jurisdiction of Kolkata Courts exclusively.

Roamer Club may cancel a tour before departure without providing a reason. In such cases, we will offer an alternative tour date. If this is unacceptable, we will refund all payments after deducting the visa cost incurred. No additional compensation will be paid.
